Islamic Weekend School

Fall, Winter, and Spring Terms of 2016 - 2017

We are happy to announce the commencement of the MET Islamic Weekend School for the current academic year. Classes include Arabic language, Quran, and Islamic Studies.

Children (Ages 5-13) & Teens/Adults (Ages 14 and up)

WHEN?

SUNDAYS 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Fall Term: October 2 - December 11 No classes on: November 27 (Family Break)
Winter Term: January 8 - March 12
Spring Term: April 9 - June 18 No Classes on: May 28 (Family Break)

Arabic language:
Rosetta Stone and Al-Aafaaq Series by Islamic Services Foundation
Islamic Studies:
I Love Islam Series by Islamic Services Foundation
Quranic Studies and Seerah:
Abdullah Yusuf Ali Tafseer and misc. supplementary resources

FEES PER TERM

Fees/term: $300 per student, $275 for each additional student (child/sibling) including Materials
Please note: Extensive drop-off or pick-up tardiness may result in extra fees and/or special action by the School Director.

DAILY SUPPLY

Sharpened pencils, 2 notebooks, and lunch
Modest clothing for both boys and girls
Head scarf for girls only
